This web page is full of helpful information including a unique podcast area featuring Dr. Gibson's interviews with musicians. Be sure to check out the ear training midi files (very effective!) and loads of useful information including an entire section on Bordogni, dates of trombone composers (very helpful when you are assembling a program) and a terrific explanation of the overtone series.
The Bone Zone with Brad Edwards
Dr. Edwards teaches at the University of South Carolina and offers some terrific advice through this web page. He also has some valuable publications such as "Simply Singing for Winds", "Lip Slurs: Progressive Exercises for the Development of Tone and Technique" and "Introductory Studies in Tenor and Alto Clef: Before Blazhevich" (very useful!)
