Customs Policies

Mountain Peak Music will not devalue packages for customs orders or mark items as gifts, because this is mail fraud. We will value the package at market value and, depending on your country's trade relations with the United States, you may have additional duties to pay when receiving the package.

When you place an order with Mountain Peak Music, we give you the option of joining our mailing list. If you would like to join, simply check the appropriate box at checkout. Make checks payable to “Mountain Peak Music.” Please include the MPM catalog number(s), the title of each item, and the quantity of each item you would like. Please include postage in your check total in the following amount:

For a single item, add $3.00
For 2-5 items, add $7.00
For 6 or more items, please contact us before ordering.

Mountain Peak Music charges $25 for returned checks.

After a transaction, your private information will not be kept on file for more than sixty days.

Returns / Refunds Policy

If your purchase arrives damaged, Mountain Peak Music will replace the item free of charge. Please contact us with the following information:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Mountain Peak Music will refund the purchase price of the item once it is returned.

Shipping Policies

Mountain Peak Music guarantees delivery of packages sent via USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail, by FedEx, or by UPS. If a package shipped by one of these methods is lost, we will replace it free of charge. Mountain Peak Music DOES NOT guarantee delivery of packages shipped via USPS First Class or Media Mail. Packages shipped via First Class or Media Mail that are lost in transit are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be replaced by Mountain Peak Music. International customers are strongly encouraged to choose Prioity Mail.
